You can request deletion of your CHOW account and associated personal data at any time. Simply fill out the form below — no need to log in, reinstall the app, or contact support separately.
Once we receive your request, CHOW staff will process it and permanently delete your account data, including your profile, saved addresses, order history, and payment method records.
Data Retention Notice
Account data associated with your CHOW account will be deleted, except for information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, transaction-record, dispute-resolution, or regulatory reasons. This may include transaction records, payment receipts, and records of completed deliveries.
Any retained information will only be kept for the legally required retention period and will be securely deleted once that period expires.
